lamie wurde von zwei Freundinnen gegründet, die eine gemeinsame Leidenschaft für Wein, Essen und Design teilen. Wir arbeiten mit Fokus, Neugier und Klarheit. Was lamie antreibt, ist unsere Freundschaft und die Freude daran, etwas zu schaffen, das uns wirklich am Herzen liegt.
NOÉMIE BERNARD
Noémie Bernard worked in various positions such as at the Bellevue Palace Bern, the Parkhotel Vitznau, and the Restaurant Stucki in Basel, where she worked for three years with Tanja Grandits. Since 2018, Noémie has been running the Restaurant Sternen in Walchwil, directly on Lake Zug, together with her parents Anita and Giorgio. There, she celebrates a classic-modern cuisine with regional and seasonal products. Together with her father Giorgio, she is also responsible for wine sourcing.
Noémie's fascination with wine lies in the variety of wines and the precision of the winemakers. It is always impressive to get to know the winemakers personally and to see how differently they work. Noémie's favourite wines include sparkling wines from around the world, Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and wines from Bordeaux. In her free time, she dedicates herself to her passion for show jumping horses, loves to travel, and enjoys good food. She likes to spend time with family and friends.
Noémie Bernard war in verschiedenen Positionen tätig, unter anderem im Bellevue Palace Bern, im Parkhotel Vitznau und im Restaurant Stucki in Basel, wo sie drei Jahre lang mit Tanja Grandits zusammenarbeitete. Seit 2018 führt Noémie das Restaurant Sternen in Walchwil, direkt am Zugersee, gemeinsam mit ihren Eltern Anita und Giorgio. Dort pflegt sie eine klassisch-moderne Küche mit regionalen und saisonalen Produkten. Zusammen mit ihrem Vater Giorgio ist sie auch für die Weinauswahl verantwortlich.
Noémies Faszination für Wein liegt in der Vielfalt der Weine und der Präzision der Winzer. Es ist immer wieder beeindruckend, die Winzer persönlich kennenzulernen und zu sehen, wie unterschiedlich sie arbeiten. Zu Noémies Lieblingsweinen gehören Schaumweine aus aller Welt, Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc sowie Weine aus Bordeaux. In ihrer Freizeit widmet sie sich ihrer Leidenschaft für Springreiten, reist gerne und geniesst gutes Essen. Sie verbringt ihre Zeit gerne mit Familie und Freunden.
MANUELA MENZI
Manuela Menzi studied Textile Design at Central Saint Martins in London and worked in various positions as a designer. Since co-founding in 2020, she has been the Creative Director at studio blomen. Manuela loves to experiment and has a keen eye for details. Colours and high quality are very important to her.
Manuela's fascination with wine lies especially in the vineyard, the variety of grape types, and the winemaking process, where she admires the artful transformation of grapes into fine wine. Every step, from growing the grapes to fermenting and aging in barrels, is for her a fascinating interplay of tradition and innovation.
In her free time, she enjoys playing sports, reading, and meeting friends. Manuela's favourite wines include Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Burgundy wines, Pinot Noir, Port, and, of course, rich sweet wines!

Seit der Mitgründung im Jahr 2020 ist sie Creative Director bei studio blomen. Manuela liebt es zu experimentieren und hat ein ausgeprägtes Auge für Details. Farben und hohe Qualität sind ihr sehr wichtig.
Manuelas Faszination für Wein liegt vor allem im Weinberg, in der Vielfalt der Rebsorten und im Weinherstellungsprozess, bei dem sie die kunstvolle Verwandlung von Trauben in edlen Wein bewundert. Jeder Schritt – vom Anbau der Trauben über die Gärung bis hin zur Reifung in Fässern – ist für sie ein faszinierendes Zusammenspiel von Tradition und Innovation.
In ihrer Freizeit treibt sie gerne Sport, liest und trifft sich mit Freunden. Zu Manuelas Lieblingsweinen gehören Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Burgunderweine, Pinot Noir, Port und natürlich reichhaltige Süssweine!
